Quality & Accreditations

Continuous investment in the latest technology sets Avon Group apart from its competitors.

We hold accreditations to TS 16949, ISO 9001 – 2000, JLRQ as well as numerous other customer specific approvals. Our flags fly high above the various factories.

With robust procedures in place we are able to ensure right first time and recurring 0 PPM across most sites reinforced with a team of dedicated Quality, Technical and Engineering staff. In our armoury we have the latest CMM capability, Poka Yoke devices within process and regularly carry out SPC. We also conduct a documented new product introduction plan across all business units to ensure a customer’s work is set up correctly from the beginning.

Project planning / Engineering involment is always introduced at the beginning of a project and is part of the DNA of Avon Group to ensure that we not only support quality, but also find ways of improving (within process) whilst challenging any unnecessary costs.

Avon Group have recently invested in the latest CMM and a state of the art Geomagic software measurement arm, which further ensures the quality of the product being supplied to our customers.

We adopt robust quality planning strategies to ensure our components reach the very highest standards — including ISO9001/2000, BS-EN ISO 14001 and TS16949.

We have associated ourselves with the very best, whether that is high-end Motor vehicles and Range cookers, Agriculture and Military – where lives depend on us, through to the unique and diverse Aerosol market place, where over 13 billion Aerosols are used each year. Every one is expected to perform 100%, every time. These are the exacting standards Avon Group have become accustomed to.
