We are capable of producing a full range of precision thermoplastic products. Utilsing the latest microprocessor closed loop machines the moulding division can provide an accurate repeatable process, ensuring component quality

Our mould shop facilities include:

	20 injection presses from 25 to 680 tonnes
	Robotics utilised on the high volume components
	Overmoulding and insert moulding capability
	3 shift production up to 6 days per week.
	Subassembly utilising the latest LASER welding techniques
	Extrusion of thermoplastic springs
	Two-shot capability on our 680 tonne machine

New Technology
As a growing company we invest continually in new technology. Within the last 12 months we have researched thoroughly the use of diode infrared laser technology as a means to cohesively join complex plastic components together. This work has culminated in the installation of a comprehensive production laser welding and component test cell.

We also have other projects currently in development where complex multi functioning assemblies are required to perform in very demanding environments. Innovative and complex equipment is currently being commissioned to assemble and test these parts.

We offer the option to add value and save money by taking your component and assembling it to others to your requirements. In performing this function, we can also project manage these components through the design, purchasing and launch of the assembly.
