Rubber Moulded Products:

  • Manufacturers of a diverse range of rubber moulded products with capabilities in Compression, Transfer and injection mouldings utilising in excess of 55 machines with shot weights up to 4kg and tonnage from 50 to 700
  • Products are produced from a wide range of materials, Neoprene – Nitrile – Natural Rubber – EPDM – SBR – Butyl – Hypalon – Epichlorohydrin – HNBR – Silicone – Vamac. These can be designed in our laboratory prior to production mixing in our state-of-the-art mixing facilities. In addition we offer a rubber to metal and rubber to composite material bonding option on some of these materials
  • Avon Group components and assemblies can be found in both tier and OEM manufactures including: Ford – Volvo – Jaguar – Honda – Toyota – Nissan – Land Rover – Volkswagen – General Motors and many others

We can offer:

  • Rubber to metal bonding of all polymer types to all substrates, Steel, aluminium and composite components
  • State of the art automatic phosphate line which caters for Aluminium, Iron and Steel alloys
  • Plasma degreasing for either plated or non metallic components
  • Bond spraying facilities ranging from manual through to fully automated
  • Post moulding finishing which includes heavyweight phosphate and oil dip and paint spraying to give various degrees of corrosion protection, giving up to 500 hours or salt spray resistance
  • Design of compounds bespoke to the application, ie engine mounts
  • Testing laboratories for destructive bond testing and mechanical endurance for both validation and ongoing certification
